Name is Mike and I am generally interested in EVs and green vehicles. I plan to buy on in the future but currently just ride my bike and use public transportation. The advent of cheaper electric vehicles has me interested though. I am interested in the Bolt, Volt, Leaf, Model 3, and Ioniq and any others that are coming out soon for a reasonable price too.
Right now the Leaf and Bolt are top of the list. The Leaf is cheaper and will be fine for any around the town driving, but the Bolt is also affordable and has a bit more range which could come in handy if I decide to road trip or something like that.
What do you think of the Leaf? It has some good things going for it, but at the same time it seems to pale in contrast to some of the other options out there.
It probably does them more good, last thing a big nation like that wants to be is falling behind in a growing industry and something essential to bettering the environment (at least that's what EV's do taking them for face value). Gov't have to encourage people in these cases.
