So I really wanted an LED Emblem for my bolt, and the closest I could find is the one for the Blazer, I will say our Emblems are frickin' huge, over 8 inches wide and over 5 inches tall. Chevrolet's accessories page thankfully lists dimensions of the emblems and the Blazer is fairly close, the main issue being it's not as 'bent back' as our emblem, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Here's the current emblem compared to the Blazer LED Emblem, most of the notches line up but not really that well so some biggening of the holes, and creation of the middle hole was required. Only the bottom and 2 side tabs still hook in but that's fairly solid still with the guide pegs.

The harness from the blazer won't work as our DRLs are integrated into our headlights whereas on the Blazer they look to have their own harness, so I just tapped into the DRL wires with some posi-taps and here's the result. At night I think it looks awesome and gives the bolt a better 'face', but you can see where it doesn't exactly overlap.

I'm wondering if I should just try some filler and respray on the grille , or maybe color it in black for a shadow effect. I don't think most folks will even notice the indents not lining up exactly, but since I worked with it I notice it quite a bit. I also used some expanding foam tape backing to kind of fill in the gaps on the sides.
