Update: I have the car back. The car looks new, as if nothing happened. I'm quite pleased with the result. Final bill to insurance was $10,872.53. My portion was my $500 deductible.
It's great to be driving the Bolt again after 3 weeks.

Learn something here every day. I'd never known hail damage dents sometimes repair themselves, but sometimes don't.

Anyone have experience with aluminum panels versus steel?
