Is this a vehicle with a replaced battery pack, or built new from the factory with the new battery pack? What is your build date?

Brand new with new battery pack. Delivered to dealer on 6/10/22 from the factory. Don’t know the build date. Not sure where I would find that info.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, it is at the Chevy dealer awaiting the hard to find part.
Do you have some ideas on how we can get this resolved?

Transmission control module is the part we are waiting on for what sounds like the same problem. Totally ridiculous Chevy can’t get this part.
