I've seen this question on the forums - I've been using the following two products:

http://efergy.com/us/ - this can be wired into a particular circuit (your EV charger) or the whole house - let's you monitor your draw in real time - fun to see what your EV car actually pulls - has local monitors and WiFi gateway so you can view usage from your phone/Table/computer over the internet

https://smile.amazon.com/Rainforest-Energy-Monitor-ZigBee-Gateway/dp/B00AII248U/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1486572762&sr=8-2&keywords=rain+forest+electricity+monitor

the Rainforest Eagle hooks up wirelessly to your Electricity Provider's smart meter and let you monitor your whole house usage - so while this will not be able to see the particular circuit your EV is charging from if it's 24 amps or bigger you'll see a big spike in your usage via this monitor given that an EV charger's wattage dwarfs most any other usage in your home - working over your local home network (ethernet/wifi) and can be views on phone/Table via the internet.

enjoy!

here is an example of the rain forest display via a Webbrowser while a Bolt is charging at 32 AMP's from a clipper creek 48/60 AMP J-1772 charger…

you can clearly see the EV charging spike as compared to the rest of the house's usage…I was only plugged in for less than 20 min - but if I did a longer charging session you would easily be able to see the magnitude and duration of your EV's charging session.
