When I got my 2023 Bolt EV new in 2023, there was a plastic bag with the pictured plastic part. Any idea what this part is and whether I should keep it?

It's a reverse muffler bearing. Perhaps you have one of those rare ICE Bolts! 🤣🤣🤣
BTW...aren't reverse muffler bearings supposed to be chrome? 😉

I knew they tried kevlar and had issues. I'm surprised they were able to get carbon fiber to work. How'd they overcome the bonding issue?
