Love me some Harbor Freight but those cross bars look like they are designed for a roof rack that's raised a bit off the skin of the roof of the car. Where the Bolt is mounted directly on the roof with no gap whatsoever beneath it. I don't think it would work at least without modification.

Thinking some more on this - I've always secured roof loads by tying through gaps in the rails, not relying entirely on the crossbars remaining secure. With the Bolt design lacking gaps, there's no way to double-down on securing the load, everything depends on the quality of the HF components ... which as any loyal HF customer knows, can be a little optimistic.
