Driver side. Didn’t work this a.m. (in the dark), but was just fine this afternoon in the garage.

Sorry, can't help. Have never had a vehicle with HID headlights before. It's an arc type and has a ballast. Would think the ballast would be the weak link. "Bulb" should be good for 10,000 hours.
