I've been having a lot of problems with charging my car at home. I have a Level 2 charger and since last week after 5 mins of plugged in, the charge canceled. I went to the dealership and got a new charger and the same thing happened. When I pulled the charger out of the outlet it was wet - this is the first time I've notice this and prob explains why the charger is canceling. Is there someone I should call? What should I do?

Yup. Cables should always enter an exterior j-box from the bottom, and provide a healthy drip-loop of cable. This will insure that water doesn't travel down the cable, and use it as a direct entry point into the j-box. Observe all of the cables entering your home. If properly installed, they will have a drip-loop, so water drips off before the cable enters the j-box or wall.
