Is this normal? Charging outlet at home is wet inside.

If you can replace your box with something like this:

It should help. If you route the power cable from your panel through the bottom then the cable wont funnel water into the box. Also the extra routing angle areas when not in use all have rubber gaskets between the panels and box.

Maybe it will help keeping condensation out of the box?
Yup. Cables should always enter an exterior j-box from the bottom, and provide a healthy drip-loop of cable. This will insure that water doesn't travel down the cable, and use it as a direct entry point into the j-box. Observe all of the cables entering your home. If properly installed, they will have a drip-loop, so water drips off before the cable enters the j-box or wall.
