The Bolt has two pedals, they are:

Go Fast
Go Slow

And the Go Fast pedal can be used for both.
This is why I call it the GO pedal.

Controls the acceleration. Positive, zero, and negative acceleration. See nothing wrong with calling it the accelerator.
This is my go-to, but it's also probably fair to label it the Power pedal. It controls the power sent to the motor, as well as controlling the regen power when not accelerating.

Accelerator works the best (in my mind). However I have no problem with gas pedal either. Communication is the meeting of meanings so if someone calls it a gas pedal I understand what is meant and do not need to correct them.

For twenty five years of EV driving (and forum memberships), the most common name has overwhelmingly been ...

"Go Pedal".

After reading all this I believe that this will become a dilemma for the country music song writers in the near future.
I'm sticking with gas pedal because I like saying....hey give it some more gas. It sounds weird to say...hey give it some more electricity.

So, I'm at a loss as to what to call the right side pedal.

I used to call it a gas pedal, but that doesn't make sense in an EV. I've seen some call it a throttle, but while it does have an electronic linkage to a throttle body in a ICE car, there's no such thing in an EV. I also don't think "accelerator (pedal)" works, because I use the same pedal to slow down in 1 pedal mode. I've seen some here call it a "go pedal", but that doesn't work for the same reason that "accelerator" doesn't.

So far, the best I've come up with is the "NotGas" pedal, but labeling something by describing what it isn't seems wrong. It's also a "NotVolume" pedal, a "NotHorn" pedal, etc.

What is it called? A "battery pedal"?
An accelerator works for me but perhaps speed controller would be better for those who wish to be more precise, (then necessary).😂

I think I'm going to stick with the "NotGas" pedal for two reasons: First, it gives it some relation to the "gas pedal" ICE cars have, and second to distinguish it from the "gas pedal" that ICE cars have. :)

Otherwise, I'll have to use "the acceleration/regeneration/power control pedal." (Using the common meaning of acceleration instead of the technically correct one.)

I'm so glad GM didn't try to simulate a clutch in these cars. :D
It's kind of interesting how the pedal has multiple colloquial terms in English. In Korean it's almost always called the 가속페달 (gasok pedal; acceleration pedal). The fact that it can be read as Gas OK is entirely coincidental, though. So... NotGas? GasOK!

On a related note, one of the real-time values I set my UltraGauge to display next to the DIC is the pedal step %. The accelerator pedal on the Bolt, like most modern vehicles, are not mechanically connected to any of the drivetrain parts. There's simply a sensor that detects how far the pedal is pressed. When it's not stepped on, it sits at 20%. There's a deadband up to around 25%, then the motor starts to turn after that. Press the pedal all the way through and it goes up to around 80%.
