For the Bolt, any more than 32 amps won't change anything. You'd only care about 80 amps, if you ever planned to get an EV with more a higher than 40 amp on-board charger.
Currently, I can't think of any currently shipping mass market consumer EV/PHEV automobile sold as new in the US that's a non-Tesla with a J1772 inlet that has over a 40 amp OBC. The last two that had a 40 amp OBC (not over 40) were the discontinued gen 2 Rav4 EV and the Mercedes B-Class ED (later renamed to B250e). Both were Tesla-powered and included their 40 amp ("10 kW") OBC.
