For Costco members you can get the JuiceBox Pro 40 for $499.99 until 3/8/19. You will also get the extended Costco return privileges. I already have and EVSE so this will not help me, but if you have been waiting, this looks like a good opportunity. No, I don't work for Costco or JuiceBox. Just passing the info along in case it helps someone save a few dollars.

Thanks for the tip! I've got Costco Cash Cards from the last two Costco GM Holiday promotions, and was having trouble figuring out how to use them, since the nearest Costco to me is about 120 miles. And, when I got our first Gen1 Volt, I only got a Clipper Creek 20A charger. Now with the Bolt and a 2019 Volt coming into the fleet in a couple of days, we needed the higher Amps.

I just ordered the Juicebox 40 from Costco!

Arggh!

Figures! I bought a Bolt in December, and thought I was so smarty-pants when I noticed they (Costco) had the Siemens EVSE for $100 less than anywhere else. Although it is a fine charger, now that I know that the Bolt is no good at tracking how much current I suck down, I wish I got an EVSE that had the extra bells'n'whistles!

I've been downloading my Bolt's charge history from my.chevrolet.com. Looks like it gets the data from the car. Can only get last 12 months, but I've been keeping tabs longer.

...Yeah like almost every piece of non-car-related software Chevy advertised about this car that I would find useful, the web site blows up when I try to look at that consumption data for my car. Plus the Entertainment Screen/Computer in the car is now starting to act wonky, so I've got to go in to get that fixed. ironic that I JUST finished the JD Powers survey less than a week ago, before the screen started acting up.

yeah, I get a comm error trying to get 12 months data for mileage and efficiency. 7 & 30 day, no problem.

My guess is the data is missing from the recall work that may have reset those parameters.

Seem to remember that I couldn't get 12 month energy usage until the car had twelve months of data.

I can't give you a link because its probably got my own account ground into the id info. Where I got the link was from the monthly email entitled (this month) "Your March Diagnostics Report from your Chevrolet Bolt EV". If you scroll down to the Vehicle History section, there are links there to "Driving History" and "Charging History". When I click on those, I get a message "Thanks for waiting! It may take three minutes to retrieve your data.", then I get a screen that says "We're sorry. There was an error connecting to your vehicle. Please refresh your browser or try again later."

I've probably tried using this 6-7 times, its never worked for me. I view GM as being just like Microsoft. They style themselves as technology companies, but really all they know how to do well is marketing, not engineering.

from your car's profile page: https://my.chevrolet.com/myvehicle/

click on "Charging Stats and History"

you should receive the following message: "Thanks for waiting! It may take three minutes to retrieve your data."

If successful (mine's sitting in a parking lot atm, so has to use OnStar w/basic), it should come up with three tabs with default of "Last 7 Days" in a pull down menu.

Three tabs are Charging History, Mileage, and Efficiency. Click on pull down to change "Charging History" to "Last 12 Months". My screen flashed to wait and then came up blank with last twelve months.

Ignore that, just click on the "Download Complete Charge History" below the graph.
Save the file. Here's the raw file that I just did for this demo after adding a few line feeds with a text editor:

:) Thanks XJ12 and Netmammal. I was able to find the link in the email. This took me to the page with the three tabs. I did the 12 month history for charging. The only data it showed was the month of November. It should have been from September 2018 with data for each month. I downloaded the cvs file for 12 months, but it had no data.

I found mileage data for the 7 and 30 days. However the last 2 days of data were missing.

Most of the other measurements were blank.

Looks like GM has some work to do. I can only hope the data is stored in the car and can eventually be retrieved. :crying:

I have a jpg of the data for 12 months charging. Looks like it has only one data point. I charge to 90%. But once I did a charge to 100%. This one data point may be it. I will run a 100% charge test tonight and look for data.

Looking at the data, I just noticed this was done with the factory 120 v EVSE when I tested it. Other charges are with a 240 v EVSE.

Had put a reminder on my calendar to download the last 12 months. No longer an option in my.chevrolet.com. Even last 30 days is blank. The one thing that was useful is no longer available.
