Kansas City Power and Light is installing 1,000 EV chargers across their service area. Some $20 Million Dollars has gone into the plan, not to mention a sponsorship from Nissan.

The thinking being, for both KCP&L and Nissan, that if they can put the network in place more people will buy electric cars and more people will use more electricity...

Great move, improving infrastructure is a large part of it, even as lower range city-focused vehicles become available for folks looking at cheaper options.
