I look a option to update online, but never downloaded nothing. All works except some times the Bluetooth Don’t work. Is crappie.

The update for software was only for a fewest cars and I think 2019-2029.Reviving this threas because I has a few basic questions about the software. 2017 premier running 14.5.0 C. When I check for updates it says the car is up to date. How can I confirm the latest software available for my car? I don't seeing a running list or version history anywhere. Also, I'm assuming GM will only allow the car to be updated at the dealer? We aren't officially allowed to do it ourselves?
You can download yourself but is really ridiculous slow, and only from you car. So is like a no real option.
Wen they replace the battery they update the software to, but the process and disposition from some of the dealerships is just no existing. Excuses and cancellations.
