New to forum with 2019 premier at 4200 miles in the NW, one winter.
issue at hand is the left doir handle lock/unlock button failed at about 3k miles. Dealer replaced. Works as designed. Vehicle was in for side swipe damage and the door lock button functioning fine. When the vehicle was returned after week of R&R, the button wasnt functional again - my question and if any one knows if this assembly is an ESDS (Electro Static Discharge Sensitive) circuit. Perhaps the cable isnt plugged back in or??? Seems there has been some discussion on key FOB issues but this design appears to be pretty robust. Suggestions or fixes. Taking it back to repair shop. Then the dealer if cant correct issue. ☹

Well, repair shop unable to resolve. So back to the dealer. Are these perimeter door locks an on going design issue - or is it a integral failure.

Only a couple people have had issues on the forum. Doesn't appear to be a common problem.

End result having delivered buggy to Chevy for look see, it was both connectors. Front one was reversed (not sure how that happens of the connector housings have pin one identifiers or physical detent preventing reversal). The rear door connector wasnt fully engaged.
Does anyone know whether these connectors are 3 wire or? And if connectoris polarized?
