Not theoretically possible, according to the rattlesnake maps I consulted. That's theory, but I spent many years and many miles in SoCal and never saw a rattlesnake. Where in SoCal are you feard a snakes?Moving from MN to SoCal soon. Not looking forward to the rattle snakes.
Depends if you get outside the city or not. There's plenty of rattlesnakes in the foothills east of San Diego and also sometimes in the canyons that weave through the San Diego area. I lived in Ramona, on the East side of San Diego and came across several. A big one was laid out across the trail near my home and I was slowly approaching it to take a picture. Scared the carp out of me when it triggered the rattle and took off.I spent many years and many miles in SoCal and never saw a rattlesnake.
I like that one. Claret Cup Cactus? How long do the blooms last?
Only a couple of weeks, Then shrivel and back to the green. Have several in the yard, and, at least, they are staggered in blooming.I like that one. Claret Cup Cactus? How long do the blooms last?
