AFAIK, yes -- Bolt discounts like GM employee and Supplier are still "incentives" off MSRP, not traditional off-invoice line item discount pricing in the past. That allows "stacking incentives". For example, GM Supplier + Costco was never compatible in the past -- but now is since the car selling price is MSRP.

Most dealers have manufacturer incentives compatibility software that keeps them out of trouble (overpromising). Taking back promised incentives is hard on dealer surveys, so they avoid it. Consult your dealer to run through the active list of "coupons".

I recieved $500 of of msrp for being retired military. That was September 2022. I don't think it changed, but would consult the dealer.

My dealer told me that the supplier/friend of an employee discount doesn't work on the bolt. Ofcourse I don't believe him.

I did get 500 for being a university professor.
