CB.ORG Rating - Poll results from review threads on this site. 1-3 star rating scale.
GM OEM Level 1 Cord - Many users report success using on 240V with adapters, 240V @12A is 2X the kW of Level 1 charging.
GM OEM Dual Voltage Cord - Unable to find official accessory link, provided link to GM Parts Direct.
Webasto Go - Appears to be the same unit as Chevy branded dual voltage cord.
Tesla Mobile Connector - Requires J1772 adapter for use on Bolt, see Lectron or Tesla Tap.

Hopefully adding to the list.
This is the cord I am looking at for a low-cost Level 1 mobile charging cord. They look to be UL certified (a lot of listings) on the UL site but I am not absolutely sure. They claim 16amps at both 120v and 240v (which seems a little odd), and is currently $200 on Amazon and Home Depot. May I trouble any veterans to help me confirm if this is a good choice?

Will you be using it on 120V or 240V? The Bolt will only draw a maximum of 12A in 120V, so keep that in mind. For 240V, the Bolt will draw all 16A the EVSE can provide. That will give you roughly 10-16 miles of added range each hour.

So determine what your driving needs are, and calculate whether this EVSE will work for you.

I don't have any experience with that particular model of EVSE.

Added to the list. If you buy this, please come back and report your experience.

I do note, Home Depot indicates no certifications, and it is made in China. Some who have used cheap Chinese knock-offs have reported issues, so use at your own risk.

Reviews on HD and Amazon are mostly positive, but I do note many paid promotion reviews on HD.

I've been using this Schumacher EVSE portable cord at work since August of last year. It's been terrific. The cord is super strong and made by Deka. The charging handle is pretty robust too. I've been charging outdoor in the snow and rain storm with no issue. I bought it from Napa for $129 online.
