Really depends on your GAF factor, your knowledge of DC electricity, and if you own a multimeter. Is there anything I can do besides taking it to the dealer?
assuming you've checked the car's settings? Don't have the feature myself, but thought there's some settings for it in the infotainment systemIt's a factory installed item and was even listed in the Monroney sticker.

It's on the Monroney, but dealer installed. It's a factory installed item and was even listed in the Monroney sticker.
Correct. Also, once the order reaches event code 3000, it's impossible to remove and becomes part of MSRP. The dealer is not allowed to remove it from the sale and is required to install it before delivery, if available. If the part is not available, the dealer must continue all due diligence to inventory the part and persuade the customer to accept installation. If the customer balks for some financial reason, there may be dealer credits that can be used for savings on the sale. It's on the Monroney, but dealer installed.

Wonder if there's a fuse that's blown. But it was working up until last weekend.

Yep. As I believe they're on the same circuit. Is the green LED on the dash working as it should? The charge port light (mostly) follows the dash LED.
It may just be a loose pin. The dealer has to disassemble a plug and push them into 2 open spots. If they're not pushed in all the way I can imagine they might not make a good connection. That, or maybe they pinched a wire installing it. There's detailed instructions the dealer uses to make the connection. Is the car still in warranty? There's really not much to this add. I put a $3 LED strip in mine wired up to the factory wiring and it works fine.
Hi! New to the Bolt EUV community and having the same problem with my launch edition. Any progress in your scenario? The dash indicator still works but the charge port illumination is no longer working. I have a service appointment this Friday. Hopefully it's an easy repair.
They said, the accessory port shorted out which also shorted out the LED light ring. They also replaced the seal.Hi! New to the Bolt EUV community and having the same problem with my launch edition. Any progress in your scenario?
I ask because when I set up the appointment I asked if the part was in stock. WELL, lo and behold, they don't have it... and NOBODY has it! I even tried to order the part myself thinking if they came out to say they don't have it in stock, I would be like, "here's one!" (There's bound to be issues if that were to happen, but since nobody can get one right now, it's beside the point).
Bottom line - I'm hoping it's a loose wire. Did yours get fixed yet?
Yes you can add it later. But I think you have to remove the wheel well liner to get to it. It should only take an hour or so for the install. The OEM unit is overpriced but falls under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. Mine already shorted out and had to be replaced under warranty already. Can the illuminated charge port be installed in the field/after the fact?
