I really wanted smooth charging curve. Now that GM implemented smooth charging curve, I don't want it anymore :) I guess I should have been specific with my wishes...

Interesting. Looks like the taper starts at ~42% SOC instead of the old 50%.
Yes.
The more I look at the data I have on my sessions, the total kWh delivered by time up to 65%-70% seems about the same (before and after the update). So I'm satisfied.
I initially thought it was charging slower, but after looking at my data, I realize the variances are minimal. More likely attributable to misc factors than the new charging curve.
I have only done 3 EA sessions since the update; and i suspect the first one had a slow unit that wasn't delivering max amps for whatever reason.

Keep in mind, these are kWh pulled from the EA unit, not delivered to the battery. One may probably estimate 10% losses if you truly wanted to know how many kWh made it into the actual battery.
My usable battery is around 55kWh fyi.
