Hey all! Just got my new old Bolt 2018 White. 50K miles on it, minor scratches, battery seems to be in good condition. I'm looking for some help with it as it has some issues with infotainment system.
Issue 1 - the system frequently freezes and reboots by itself. I also noticed in carfax report that the system has already been replaced once at ~8K miles.
Issue 2 - none of the 2 USB ports work. Are there more USB ports anywhere? Does anybody have a service manual to share? If you have one - please PM me.

Another small problem is the front camera (it's a Premier trim) glass is shattered, while the cam itself works. Any idea how to replace the glass? Again, serviec manual would really help understand how it's supposed to be done.

Also, infotainment seems to run version 25.7.0 of software - does anybody have a more recent version which I could use to update? (I will have to fix USB ports first though haha)

The front USB ports connect to the main wire harness just behind the ports... when they replaced the infotainment system head unit they probably forgot to connect them back to the main harness. It's fairly easy to connect them again.

Welcome to the forum. The Premier has additional USBs for the back seat area.
Thanks! Ridiculously I am realizing my Premier trim is lacking both wireless phone charger and rear seat USB ports (assume look like this?). At the same time I do have heated back seats and steering wheel, leather seats, roof rails, 360" cam. I'm not sure how that is possible... But that's what I have now :) No biggie, just weird. Or not?

Looks like it's an option that comes with the infotainment package II. My bad.

Got it! Do you possibly know about lane keep assist feature as well? I thought it's standard on Premier but my wheel lacks the relevant button. Also an option?

Yes it was an option, lane keep assist (LKA) was part of the driver confidence II package.
that option included:
Auto High Beam
Following distance indicator
LKA
Auto Braking
Pedestrian detection and braking
