@OneEV perhaps you may want to include a table like the following in the first post and update it as time goes on?

That adds to confirmation that GM / LG manufacturing records are more fine-grained than build month in terms of what they believe to be the highest risk cars. So far, two of the first three cars reported on these forums in the "first remedy group" are 11/2018 builds, and one is a 10/2018 build, while some 10/2018 builds are not in the "first remedy group".

From the Facebook post, it also appears that the "first remedy group" includes cars currently trapped at dealers waiting for battery modules to replace ones that were found to be bad for some reason.

Does anyone know how to find out the stats from the last recall service, if that service occurred prior to my purchasing the Bolt as a used vehicle?

The best you could hope for is to find out what dealer the work was done at, and contact them directly. Then, you have to hope they typed enough detail in the notes to be helpful. Otherwise, you are out of luck.

I'll take the "over" on that bet.
Just to make it fun, I'll take the under. ;)

UPDATE: dealer called me earlier today and said the new battery pack has arrived already. It was ordered Friday 10/8, so that 7-10 day estimate only took 5. I am bringing my vehicle in tomorrow evening. They said I should hopefully have it back Friday night. I'll keep you all posted.

MisterJJ, what did I win? 🤣
Same thing I would have won... the satisfaction of being right. :D
Still need confirmation though. I'd be rather surprised that they were able to get the fix done, validated, and complete production this quickly. Actually, "surprised" may not be the right word. Maybe it should be "worried". 😬

SATISFACTION!!!! WHOOOO!!!!! 🥳🤩🙃😛🍻
I've seen the repair bulletin. In the world of automotive repairs, this only gets about a 4 out of 10 for difficulty (with 1 being replacing a blown spark plug and 10 being rebuilding a diesel engine).

So, showing up late would be bad...
But showing up early is also bad...

Would showing up on time have been good, or is it all just bad? ;-)
Turtles all the way down... ;-)

That's strange. Your vehicle should be in the priority group I would think. I have the same year and build date.

EDIT: nevermind. My build date is 11/18.
