Question regarding the Chevy App

I went in the Chevy app today and I noticed the car was fully charged. I thought I would precondition the car so I went to the "Remote Command"/"Key Fob" settings and all of them were "greyed" out and when I tried to hit any of the buttons, nothing would happen.

What causes this? I know the app is connected because if I refresh it, it tells me the range on the car (it is full).

GM is "updating" the app... pretty much all it's good for currently is checking your state of charge.

Hopefully they'll enable full functionality again soon...

ahhh ok. I thought I was doing something wrong and it was driving me crazy trying to figure it out! HA!
App still isn't working for me. UGH.

Is this how everyone else's looks?

Mine works currently. Try deleting the app and reinstalling, has fixed my issues some times.

That worked! I deleted the app, resinstalled it and everything seems to be working now. Thanks!
