On the Energy Options screen, there is a setting called Radio Powerdown with settings from Off to 100%. Does anyone know what this does?

Radio Power Down : This allows for automatic conservation of high voltage battery power based on level of battery charge. Select Off, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, or 10%. When the selected high voltage battery power level is reached, a message will show on the infotainment display asking if the radio should enter Low Power Mode.

It is pretty useless for increasing your chances of reaching a charger. The couple of watts the radio and center screen use won't move the Bolt a foot. It is a useful indicator of battery low SOC, for those who don't use Torque Pro.

And when you are using Android Auto or Apple Carplay to navigate to the nearest charging station, the last thing you want at 2% SOC is to miss a turn because your display goes off!
