Rain or Condensation does not wipe off when lowering the windows.

I bought a 2019 Bolt Premier in November and soon noticed that when I roll down the passenger windows the raindrops and condensation remain. I need to wipe them down with a rag which is really annoying. The Driver’s side window is fine.

I took it to the Chevy dealer and they said the window seals were fine and were never designed to wipe moisture off the windows when rolled down. That sounds odd to me as the windows in all my previous cars have been perfectly sealed. Also I worry about how much rain is leaking into the inside of the doors.

Anyone else have this problem?

I use Rain-X on my windows and almost never have that problem. The only problem I have now is very fine mist that obscures the windows. Under any kind of speed, it rapidly dissipates.
