Do the rear wheels/brakes contribute to the Bolt’s regen? Or is all of the regen work done by the front axel / wheels?

the Bolt is a Front Wheel drive car. The rear wheels should play no role in the regen - then than their mass contribution to the car's overall total kinetic energy. Regen is the conversion of Kinetic Energy (the energy of momentum) being converted to electrical energy via electromagnetism of the car's AC Induction Motor. Only the front wheels are connected to the AC-Induction motor and therefore only they convert energy into battery power.

the car's over all weight contributes to the amount of energy recovered - so in a sense the rear wheels play a role.
