I tried both Bosch and Duralast wipers for my 2019 Bolt and neither manufacturer fits properly, despite all the similar-shaped plastic adapter thingies.

As a last resort I'll go to a Chevy dealer and buy their parts, but there must be properly fitting aftermarket wipers out there.

Has anyone had any luck finding a set that fits?

As far as rear blade - I used the bosch rear blade which according to amazon was supposed to fit. It didn't fit so what I did instead was just change out the rubber blade with the bosch and re-used the frame that came with the car. This has worked great! I threw out all the other stuff.

I use the rain-x blades for the front. The rain-x quantum will not fit but the regular Rain-x with PBT instead of jhook works perfectly.

Believe it or not, 32" wipers fit and work on our '19 Bolts. They are Bosch AP32U, available through ebay from UK or Latvia, about $23 each shipped. Use adapter #2 of the four included. They are universal, omni-directional. There's almost 0% of the winshield unwiped.

I know this may sound silly, but I must ask - you've used these 32-inchers on your Bolt? The 0% unwiped is from your own experience and observations? No collisions as @Sibilance had expressed concern over in his post?

Because the wipers have separate motors and fuses, timing, and speed, they don't collide. So far. Winter might tell a different tale.
BTW, if you feel nervous about these, there are 30" wipers available also. The ends are an inch shorter.

On my early 2017 Bolt, Oreilly suggest a 25 inch blade on the passenger side and a 26 inch blade on the driver's side. The parts person tried to install Bosch Icon 26 inches on both sides by reusing the OEM adapters and the passenger blade did indeed hit the car pillar. So it does appear the the early 2017 Bolt requires a 25 inch Bosch Blade on the passenger side.

I like to get the OEM inserts.

I've bought expensive aftermarket before and had poor results, but generally the OEM inserts work well and are reasonably priced if you don't buy from the stealership.

Getting inserts is cheaper than the whole blade. No reason to replace the blade.

The original wipers on the Bolt seem to be much more longer lasting (in terms of wiping effectiveness) than the original wipers on other cars that I have had in the past. Still have not felt the need to replace them in four years (versus needing to replace those in previous cars every two years).

No idea if it is possible to replace just the rubber, like I used to do with linkage-type wiper blades (but one other car with beam-type wiper blades did not have just the rubber easily replaceable).
