Just a simple hack to the S10 jack. This will allow you to use a socket & ratchet or box end wrench or ratcheting box end wrench. Instead of the clumsy handle that's built-in to the jack.

There are tabs holding the handle in place. I used an old file and worked on the tab for about 15 minutes.

Once the tab is filed down; just pull the handle off. You can now operate the jack with a 19mm wrench or 19mm socket or lug nut wrench. The same tool you'll need to remove a lug nut. :)

What are the angled sheet metal pieces?
Factory wheel chocks. When I bought the scissor jack from a seller on Craigslist - I asked him to check
the compartment of the 2001 Blazer for all of the kit; lug nut wrench, wheel chocks. They take up too
much room; though. I bought these folding ones from Amazon; these are what I carry in my car:
