I powdercoated the original Premier wheels.

Not a big fan of the Artic Blue color of my 2017 Bolt that I purchased in July of 2021. I'm close to retiring (4 more years, maybe!) and I'm pretty sure this will be the last vehicle I will purchase. So, I decided to toss out my reservations, purchased a few decals and went to work. This is the end result so far. Just like tattoos, I don't know if I'll be able to stop!

Yes - The wheels are from a Chevy Sonic RS7, circa 2017-2020. GM part # 42514280 (17" x 6.5" x ET41.5). Hollander part # 5858

The bare weight of the Sonic RS7 wheel is 23.8 pounds. The bare weight of the 2022 Bolt EUV LT wheel is 24 pounds.

Got my tint redone with 35%.

Hi,
I'm thinking of tinting my new EUV 50% ceramic. Can I ask what your 35% tint is it like at night in streets that have no or very dim lighting? Can you still see are clearly?
I forget what my previous Bolt tinting was (25% or 35% I think) but I had to roll down the front windows down at night driving around in my neighborhood where there is hardly any street lighting (that and my peepers are 51 years old so not the best).

Had a fun road trip from AZ to NM. I participated in a guest drive event where people can ask questions about owning an EV and drive a short loop. On the way back I cruised old route 66.

This pic is 35, 155 and 88 grand. My Bolt up front (as it should be) followed by a brand new $155,000 Lucid Air grand touring and $88,000 Porche Taycan.

One of the information displays featured a cut away of a Chevy Bolt in the same color!

Nice!! I live in the Wig Wam motel town... and drive a Bolt.... I work in Winslow.... wish we could have met up and talked EVs.... Nice report!!
