SXM radio presets not saved

I recently bought a 2023 Bolt EUV LT and I am enjoying it, but there is one thing driving me nuts. I can add SXM stations to the "Favorites" preset menu, but when I turn the car off ands start it again, all of the SXM presets are gone. It remembers AM & FM stations, jut not SXM stations. Any Idea how to fix this?

I just got a '23 Bolt EUV as well .. and I was able to add SXM stations to the favorites bar at the top ..

It would seem you are doing it correctly since you've been able to add AM/FM favorites.

And the SXM favorites are not off a 2nd or 3rd section of the favorites you would have to use the > arrow at the top right to scroll to get to? I know a silly question to ask but just trying guess what might be going on ...

And you’ve created a profile right? My car didn’t seem to remember any radio presets before I made a stupid profile.

That's probably it. I've created a profile on the MyChevy app, but I can't log onto it on the infotainment system. It says the feature is unavailable until I "purchase the vehicle". I bought it more than a week ago.
I figured out after 2 days that my Infotainment was in still in showroom Demo mode. SXM intro every time I turned it on, last station I listened to was changed to intro. IWhen the screen boots up, there is a button to deactivate demo mode.

That did the trick! Thanks!

Yep. The one thing that the salesman didn’t go over was turning off the Demo mode.:p
