Have a 17 Premier and was just looking online and saw a 2018 Premier window sticker for a car for sale in California, under standard equipment it had the self sealing tires and the tire inflator kit. Is this something only sold to california cars or is it standard on the 2018's.

I thought the difference was between US/Canada cars, with Canada getting the slimy tires?
Anyhow, I'd avoid the slime tires and instead get a plug kit and inflator. Most punctures can be repaired without even taking the wheel off, and in much less time than it takes for a tow truck to arrive. An inflator and plug kit can be had for under $30.

I believe that everyone gets the self-seal tires, but Canada gets the can of tire goo as well. There's space for the goo can in all cars, but I don't think it's standard equipment in the US, at least not on all cars.
