I think my dealer charged me round about $20 to do it

I think redpoint5 is thinking of the cost of cutting a standard key. The emergency key in the fob has a groove running down both sides in a wiggly pattern: this definitely cannot be cut on a standard key cutting machine. I'm surprised the dealer only charged 20 bucks.
