I am hearing and feeling a vibration when I get up to 40mph and also at 60mph that has never been there before. I drove another Bolt to see if I was crazy, but no, it is not normal. My question is, what would it be from? I hear/feel it in the foot pedal and the dead foot rest. I drove it on a completely smooth surface and had the air and fan off. The sound/vibration was still there and still appeared at around 40mph and again at 60 mph. I hope it is nothing serious. :/

My 2019 steering started vibrating for no reason a few months ago then the vibration went away. It's been doing it more frequently. Today when I felt touched the rotors, my left rotor was too hot to touch while my other three rotors were just warm. I believe I have an intermittent brake issue.

I have the shimmying problem also. 2017 Bolt. Feels like the tires are bouncing and the steering wheel shakes. Let me add some notes/symptoms/clues.
First - it never seems to occur when the car is cold. For the first 30+ minutes of driving, no issues.
Second It only happens when warm/hot Bolt is going 40+ miles an hour. when I slow down, shimmy goes away.
Third, when I get home in the garage, I pick up a "burning rubber" type smell.
We just got new tires, and my mechanic replaced the sway bar mounts (Chevy recommendation) and he tells me the suspension is good. Brakes look fine.
So - is there any kind of belt in the power train that might expand and begin slipping when hot and under load?
Is there a good way to get this question to Chevrolet engineers?

2017 Bolt. Same problems. Please keep us updated if you find an answer. I've been to the dealership over this issue a couple of times. No remedy was found. Vibration persists.

So it seems to me like something is slipping (and re-grabbing) when hot. So if there are no belts, could there be something within the power train - either the electric motor or transmission, etc. - that could cause this problem? It is a real problem.
If you had a stabiltrak issue with a wheel sensor, I would assume it would have thrown a code by now. You've already mentioned that the brakes are fine. I'm kinda at a loss at this point.
