I just bought a 2019 Bolt LT. I noticed I'm missing the Owner's manual and it got me thinking... what else might be missing? Specifically in the "trunk" area below the floor. There is a tow bolt, and a 120v evse, but there are cutouts in the styrofoam for what looks like a bunch of other things. Am I missing anything?

A deluxe air electric air pump and a can of extra tire sealant was in mine, in addition to the two items that you mention. My spaces were filled. That was standard in my LT. Bought in Albuquerque, NM. I do not agree with the comment below, that "you got the standard equipment". I firmly believe that dealership employees are cannibalizing the fix a flat and the deluxe air pump. Anyway, in NM, not Canada, all those slots were filled for me. I got it right when it came off the truck. There was no time for locals to rifle through it...

You got the standard equipment. Here's a thread you can look at: https://www.chevybolt.org/threads/foam-container-in-rear-whats-supposed-be-stored-here.33676/

You are missing a spare tire. But you will need to provide it yourself.

I assume you checked the glovebox, and under the center console tray for the manual?

Not that you shouldn't get your paper manual, of course; yes. But take the time to download the manual from Chevrolet because searching a PDF in my opinion is easier most times when you are familiarizing yourself with the car. While on the road, if a question pops up, of course the paper copy will come in handy but initially I read my manual on my computer ..... or skimmed it.

I checked everywhere, it didn't come with the car.

No. See my comments above.
Terry, I think you are in the minority. Now that I know that the tire inflator and sealant are to of the items that could be there, I've done some searching and see that most do NOT get them unless it was specifically called out as an option on the sticker. You may be lucky if you got them free.

I ordered my Bolt and it was built per my order. The inflator and air pump were options that I did not specify when I ordered. It came with all weather floor mats and an extra EVSE (yes, I got two) per my order. This was for the 2017.
Went to the order page and it still is an option:
Tire inflator kit
$105
  • Includes sealant and a compressor
  • Helps handle roadside tire emergencies
  • Can temporarily seal most small punctures in the tread
  • Features a built-in pressure gauge
not paying for something I got from Harbor Freight for $10. And I'd never put sealant in my tires. And the Bolt comes with self sealing tires.

My LT came with an EVSE, the tow bolt and the printed manual as did @sly 's. The dealer had ordered a bunch of OEM EVSE's or GM gave them to them so they offered me an extra when I mentioned I didn't have my EVSE up and running. It was a couple hundred dollars added to the contract. I didn't know what the bolt was before going on this site, not sure I would ever use it. For my luck, I'd screw something up.

It's worth noting that Canadian Bolts come with more standard equipment. For example we get the tire pump and can of sealant goo as well as the EVSE and tow bolt. So anyone who's worried that they're missing something that someone else got should double-check where that Bolt came from.
