Would some dielectric grease be a good thing from time to time? Or is that just a dirt grabber?
On a ham sandwich? No
Prior to adult intimacy? No
On Bolt electrical connections? Not enough experienced-based data. The one fact we do have is GM made every design decision with the prime directive the transition from an ICE be seamless. The Bolt should never require an owner to have any prior knowledge, learn any new/different maintenance routines. Drive it, plug it in, drive it.

Dielectric grease is the salt water sailor's friend. Great stuff, safe, approved even by the highly anal ABYC.

As Packard V8 says, it's beyond GM's remit to train users on this but if you're thinking long term (and most definitely if you live in a coastal climate or where salting of roads is frequent) then it's a fine idea.
