They're listed as a feature:

Seats
Armrests: Rear center with cupholders
Driver seat manual adjustments: 6, Height, Reclining
Passenger seat manual adjustments: 6, Height, Reclining
Front headrests: 2
Front seat type: Bucket
Rear headrests: 2
Rear vents: Second row
Rear seat type: 60-40 split bench
Upholstery: Leather-trimmed, Perforated

Anyone actually see any rear vents for the 2nd row in their cars? I don't.

Odd place to put it, usually they're placed on the back of the front armrest. Has anyone looking under the Bolt's rear seats yet to check the vents out?

Under is typical for small cars. Some will only run them for heat or when the foot blower mode is active. AC has a hard time reaching the back seat in this configuration. Folks in Arizona know to avoid this type of setup.

Every small car I've owned in the last 20 years has had a set of vents underneath the front seats to provide heat for the rear cabin. The only cars I've had that had A/C vents were minivans and SUVs that had three rows of seating and the A/C vents were up in the ceiling.
