Webasto makes the dual voltage unit GM rebrands and sells with 2022+ models. Webasto hasn't offered other pigtail options (yet).
If you really wanted an array of options, Tesla UMC may be the best bet. https://shop.tesla.com/product/mobile-connector $230 for NEMA 5-15 + 14-50 plugs, each additional pigtail is $45 and they offer most of what you may encounter. This option would require a ~$150 adapter which is also useful for overnight charging at hotels with Tesla Destination chargers. The UMC senses the pigtail and auto adjusts current (Amps) to match the plug.
However, in the wild, the need for charging pigtails to match outlets is far less critical than in the early days of EVs. Public charging, DCFC, L2 J1772, and L2 Tesla Destination are far more common now than in the past.
