Windshield--National Backorder?

Hi, a rock hit my windshield and took a small divot out of the far right corner. Within 2 days, it was cracked across the entire windshield. Multiple calls to dealers and GM Cust Team tell me that the windshield is on national backorder and no ETA can be given. Anyone else out there had this issue or similar?

I don't want an aftermarket glass--its a brand new car and my insurer is paying the entire claim.
