It's very easy to replace the inserts on my '22 EUV. I imagine yours would be pretty similar.

Thank you Jerry for the great pictures. Do you think I could replace the inserts without taking the wipers arms off? I would just like to pop the end pieces off and slide the old inserts out and the new ones in without taking the wiper arms off.

It's possible, I suppose, if you have really long arms and lots of time on your hands. It's about a million times easier to do it on a work bench under good lighting. It only takes a couple seconds to take off the wiper arm and even less to put it back. Heck, it's easier to do it with the wiper arm on your lap inside the car in the rain than to do it with the arm still on the car. But, it could be done. You might need a step stool.
