In NE PA and looking for a set of rims. This winter was light on snow but i will need them.

While not as pretty, there are many more 16" steel wheels with the correct bolt pattern which work well on the Bolt.. Chevy Cruze, Volt, Spark and many others use them. I'm running Nokian Haakkapilitta and they're a great snow tire. Also, 16"s of the correct height will be a taller aspect ratio, which works better in the snow and also have the benefit of costing less than 17"s.

You might get really lucky and find a set of Cruze aluminum wheels.
