At some point, our 2017 Bolt took a software update. Now our favorites don't work. And we can't delete the favorites any longer. Is this a known issue? With a solution?

No idea. How do they not work? In what way can you not delete them? What happens?
Have you rebooted the infotainment system by holding hardware buttons FF + home for a few seconds?
