Well if it can keep up at 180mph+ then i need to race one.
When it comes to straight line speed, EV's have an advantage as they can go from zero to 100% torque in nanoseconds. Today you can choose from several makes of 1000-1200HP EV's, Lucid, Tesla, Porsche etc. ; all can post violent acceleration times and go past 200MPH. Once you get past the party tricks, they all deprecate like stones with no actual bottom in site. All will leave a $100K hole in your wallet in less than 3 years. Not a lot of joy of ownership. What's even more interesting is sometimes a Tesla or Lucid shows up at a Porsche or BMW cars & coffee event and nobody notices them or wants to talk about their cars.

While I'm not a big Chevy fan, they made the Bolt and newer follow-on models with the correct specs for their target audience. Peppy acceleration from zero to about 45 MPH, decent but soft suspensions for crummy urban roads and pricing under or around $40K. Bolt is a great little urban run around car.

If I want to play around on back roads and dance with triple digit stupid speeds I have other toys for that.

940hp down low just spins to 30 mph if you hit it hard. Once past 70mph it is over rover and ONCE past 140mph NOT EVEN CLOSE for any EV.
Are you running a Z06 or a ZR1? Assume both have mods.

Not anymore. Car got flooded by a cane.
Sorry to hear about the loss of what sounds like a very fun car. Hope you had insurance through one of the fixed value insurers like Hagerty.

I've used them for almost 10 years and they have provided great service.

35 in reverse. Reminds me of practicing j-turns at Willow Springs (streets). A little web walking and I found moonshiner's turn and Rockford turn or spin. I might have to change my lingo because I like the moonshine bit.

A show I used to work at before it closed. I wasn't driving I was behind the audio console.

Anywho they had 4 gears forward and 4 in reverse and one car with the body on backwards to do a "reverse jump". It was a lot of fun but it had to close so geeks could waste money on Light sabers and blue milk.
