Just bought the "Connected Car" sub from OnStar, and many of the interesting features are the built in spotify and the WarnerMedia RIDE apps. The instructions and everything say to open the App store on the infotainment center, but mine does not have it.... Even OnStar and chevy seemed to have no answer at all.... So wondering if anyone here has some answers and/or someway to help....

The 2017-2021 may not support that feature as they don't use the standard GM infotainment system. I believe LG designed it which is why it looks and behaves different from every other GM vehicle
There is no App Store in the infotainment on 2017-2021 Bolts. However, I'm very happy with how Spotify and navigation apps perform using Apple CarPlay. Plus, no payment to OnStar required!
