2023 Bolt EUV tire pressure issue

I received a message stating my Bolt's front tire pressure as being low this morning. I took it to a gas station and as I was getting close to the recommended psi of 37, the car horn beeped twice (I'm assuming it was letting me know the tire had enough air). After adding air, the display still shows psi at 21.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice?

Got it! I called AAA so they could check all four tires. The driver told me it's due to the cold weather.
