22 Bolt EUV How do I set Target Charge to 90%?

Due to the Bolt recall I tried to set the target charge to 90% but the Target Charge Level screen on the 2022 Bolt doesn't show percentages. All I see is a touch minus or slide the bar down. I don't get percentages. What am I doing wrong? Am I on the wrong screen? Does charge cable need to be connected?

0r tap the minus twice. It will drop target level to 90%

You are in the right place. You see a big “-” inside of a circle at the low (left) end of the bar graph? Press twice. You will see 2 green bars change to gray just right of the “100”.
