A 110 volt charger came with my 2021 Bolt. Contact me if you want it. There's nothing wrong with it, and I used it once or twice before my 220 volt Level 2 charger was installed.
I suggest you don't give it away, or even sell it. Keep it in the trunk, you never know when you just might need it. Two hypothetical examples come to mind.

(1) You're going on a road trip to visit Grandma's to stay for maybe 2-3 days. All she has is standard 120v outlets. Use that to charge your car. Leave it on all night or as long as you can. And of course, go to the Bolt's Level 1 configuration and adjust it to 12A from the default of 8A.

(2) The breaker on your NEMA14-50 socket died. You can't get an electrician for the next 2-3 days, if not more. Your level One charger will get you out of a jam. Repeat the procedure above with regard to amperage.

Great advice, we charge our EUV with the white Chevy EVSE and leave it plugged in. I purchased another Mopar EVSE like the one I mentioned to throw in the trunk for similar reasons.
