You need to check the VIN with GM or NITSA to find the status of battery recall, if the battery has been replaced or if instead the software has been installed.
I assume you mean NHTSA, not NITSA. Anyway, don't use the NHTSA website to lookup recalls for your GM vehicle. Use GM's site. It's the most complete and authoritative. I've seen NHTSA's site missing recalls.

The limit lasts for 10,000 kilometers from the time the software was first installed. After that, assuming the battery is okay, then you'll be able to charge to 100% and if the battery isn't okay, then GM will put in a new battery under warranty.
A car with the advanced diagnostic recall software can decide the battery is bad at any time during or after the 10,000 km. It's not just after the 10,000 km, and you're not in the clear just for making it past 10,000 km. And you'll only get the battery replaced under warranty if the warranty is still in effect. The normal time and mileage limits still apply.

If the software hasn't been installed, then you'll need to get it installed and you'll be limited to 80% for 10,000 kilometers.
Some 2020 Bolts had their batteries replaced and don't need any recall software to be installed.

A car with a replaced battery may or may not have the advanced diagnostic recall software. It depends on when the battery was replaced and when the car got its last software update. The advanced diagnostic recall software was released in June 2023. A car that had its battery replaced before that probably won't have the recall software.
 
Miles and time affect battery as well as use of charge. Oddly there are reports that suggested high discharge rates when new might be good.

I'm close to 40K on replaced battery. It seems to be near new range. Guess I can test based on dash kWh on long trip versus percentage in energy screen.
 
I have a 2020 LT with dcfc plug I purchased sparkling new in July 2020. Both batteries are original. No software updates, no new tires, rotate myself. I check fluid levels myself, brakes look like new. I figured only a few 2020 Bolts had defective traction batteries, and the 80% software caused more headaches, they have updated it. My Bolt has close to 17,000 miles in 5 years, never a glitch, charge to 95%, usually dcfc, steady range around 240 miles in summer, 180 in winter. No reduced range noticed.
