Purchased the DRAG DR-33 17x7.5 5-105.00/110.00 42 BKGLXX (There are two versions, the one I listed is the one I got)
From America's Tire ITEM:13800

Wheel Weight: 17lbs.

Lightest Tire I picked out was:
Hankook
Ventus V12 evo2 K120

Tire Weight: 22lbs.

Alot less of tire chipping now, if any, and handles much better overall. Ok in the rain, just don't go crazy, they are summer tires.

Attached are rendering and final install pics:
Since these are 7.5" width, how close was the tire to the strut? Any issues you've observed? What about range?

"I'll follow up with photos after my Bolt arrives."

To make a long story short — my Bolt EV arrived and I went to have the new wheels and tires installed. Unfortunately, the Drag DR-33's bolt holes were drilled a little off and so they could not be used.

I replaced them with RTX Black Widow 17 x 7.5 wheels and adapted the "Chevy" center caps like I had for the other wheels. They are 23 lbs and I would have liked a lighter wheel, but there just aren't many choices. The tires are a little lighter than the stock, though. I'm very happy with the wheels and Pirelli tires. The handling is better, ride is good, and they are quiet. No more wheel spin. It's too early to say how much my range will be affected with the wider tires, but I am still seeing 4.1 kwh after switching from the stock wheels and tires.

Fitted my FC04 to my Bolt! These are to be used primarily for autocross, as the tire size is smaller than OEM, and the tire itself is a bit aggressive for daily driving.

Tires are Falken Azenis RT660, 235/40r17. Wheels are Fastwheels FC04 18x8 +40 5x105 (no adapters needed). Weight is approximately 40lb per corner (23lb tire plus 17lb wheel). Fitment is slightly wide, the front tire pokes ever so slightly since the RT660s run wide. Rear is flush. Cornering grip is unreal with this setup, I can't wait to get the Redshift Racing coilover kit installed! Should be an absolute monster at autocross!

I am confused! The wheels are very nice! But wich photo exactly is 18 x 8 (235/40/18) ? I want to see the difference between 18" and 17" before buying the wheels.

No rubbing at all with 235/40/18 on stock suspension?

Thank you!
