I ordered mine from canadawheels.ca. What color were they looking up? That size and offset is only available in black and titanium iirc.
Never mind, I figured it out. They were not going to sell them to me because Fast Wheel said they would not fit my car. They also mentioned there could be additional tarrifs. I got the distinct impression they really did not want to sell them to me so I bought them from 1010tires instead. They are 17x8, 5x105, 45mm offset in Titanium.

FWIW I am going to use Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in 225/50-17 which is what I have on my Bolt now. Great tires, speedometer is within 1 mph or so, and no rubbing issues, at least on the factory 6.5" wheels.

Interesting, fastwheels recently overhauled their website and now when searching by application none of the FC series wheels come up like they used to, also doesn't show any 18" options. They all used to come up as guaranteed fitment.

We are running 225/50/R17 Michelin CrossClimate+ that we had on our Mini Countryman that we sold after getting the Bolt, we bought them just before we both started working from home. The left (driver) front tire rubs a little a full lock, but hasn't been an issue yet. We live in Salt Lake City, UT and wanted tires that better handled all of our weather conditions and were snowflake rated for trips up the canyons.

We were hoping to find a lighter set of wheels, but we also wanted something that looked OEM (wish GM did a sport package on the Bolt) and couldnt find Cruze Eco wheels for a good price and didnt really have time to get the Eco's powdercoated black with selling the Mini. Still have to add center caps, trying to figure out which would look best.

Love the Works. On a side topic, how is the HOV sticker holding up on the textured black plastic part of the bumper? Any issues with it sticking or peeling off?
Not yet, though of course it's been very dry since I've put them on. There are little corners that didn't fully adhere to the bumper, where there's the styling "crease", but the rest seems to be on there pretty good. I did a wipe down with alcohol before applying.

Thanks...still waiting for my stickers and debating where to stick them. (y)

It took me a while to put two and two together, but I realized that after getting aftermarket wheels, I wouldn't need to worry about buying a new spare.

The stock chevy Bolt tire and wheel will fit underneath the false floor. If you flip it upside-down you can put some stuff in it. Basically like this thread, except without needing to buy anything else.

Didn't read the whole thread, but will wheels with 36mm offset work? I need to get some winter wheels and am looking at 15"'s steel wheels with 36mm offset.

My experience: the “tire tech” needs to look at your wheels & your car. If he foresees any problems, send the wheels back. Once you mount them, they can NOT be sold as new.

That being said, 15 inches is very conservative, I doubt you will have problems. The stocks are 17

I was gonna go with 18 inches until this EV FIRE issue popped up. NOW, my wife is all concerned about burning the house down ;-(

How thick are your adapters? You went from 5x105 to 5x114.3? Would you mind posting a pic parallel to the side to show how much they stick out, if at all?

It seems like maybe this is your final fitment? https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.p...th=6.5&offset=44&width2=235&aspect2=40&wheel_size=18&wheel_width=7-5&offset2=25
(This is taking the 50mm offset of the Volk wheels and subtracting 25mm for the adapters, assuming they're 1" thick)
Sorry for the late reply. They are converting for 5x100 wheels. Spacers were 25mm

I am using aftermarket 16" wheels with a 35mm offset with no problem. The OE wheels have a 44 mm offset, so 35mm, or in your case 36mm, means they will stick out a bit more. It's only about 1/3" though. I went with a 205 width tire instead of the stock 215 tire, so that pretty much compensates anyway, although the aftermarket wheels are 1/2" wider. You should be fine.

I was thinking about getting these. Did you confirm that they are 17 lbs? I wasn't sure if that was an error manufacturer specs or not.

Also, what size is the tire? I ask because I might go with 225 width.
